The Windex 250mm Wind Vane provides highly accurate apparent wind direction data for cruising and racing sailboats between 3 and 6 metres. Engineered with a low-inertia, large-fin design and a sensitive sapphire jewel suspension bearing, it ensures responsiveness in both light and heavy air conditions. The unit features a fully adjustable tacking tab system for precise calibration and integrated reflector tape on the vane and tabs, ensuring excellent visibility during night sailing. This durable indicator is wind-tunnel tested to speeds of 40 m/s and is suitable for both vertical and horizontal mounting configurations.
