Ordering

Once we recieve your order or quote request we will get in contact via SMS (or email) to confirm our expected delivery times for any special ordered items.

Once you’re order is ready we will get in contact again to let you know it’s ready for pickup from our store.

You will need to bring proof of purchase (email or SMS is fine) and a form of ID to collect.

Your order will be held for 14 days after which it will be returned as per our returns policy.

You can use our quote service if you’d to check:

  • Shipping – heavy, bulky, dangerous or outside our standard shipping areas.
  • Large orders – you have a lot of items and want to see if we can do a better price.
  • Special Orders - we can source specific boat parts and provide a quote.

Submit a quote request through and we’ll come back with pricing to suit your needs.

We offer secure online payments via Shopify. If you would prefer, we can also do bank transfer or over the phone payments by calling our store on 07 3880 0111.

Shipping

Yes, we ship marine products Australia-wide from our store in Scarborough, Redcliffe (QLD). Orders are sent via Australia Post and trusted couriers, so whether you’re local to the Scarborough Marina or anywhere across Brisbane and beyond, we’ve got you covered.

For in-stock items:

  • Processing time: 1–2 business days
  • Standard shipping: 2–6 business days
  • Express shipping: 1–3 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier networks.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on size and weight.
