1. Shipping Timeframes

For in-stock items, please allow:

  • Processing time: 1–2 business days before dispatch

Once shipped, delivery times are based on Australia Post network timeframes:

Standard Post

  • Same state: 2–4 business days
  • Interstate: 3–6 business days

Express Post

  • Same state: 1–2+ business days
  • Interstate: 1–3+ business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on Australia Post operations and external factors.

2. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated based on item size and weight:

Standard Shipping

  • Small items (up to 5kg): $10
  • Medium items (up to 5kg): $15

Express Post

  • Small items (up to 5kg): $14
  • Medium items (up to 5kg): $18

Shipping charges for eligible in-stock items will be shown at checkout and payable at the time of purchase.

3. Bulky & Oversized Items (Quote Required)

Certain items cannot be automatically calculated at checkout due to size, weight, or handling requirements.

These include (but are not limited to):

  • Items over 10kg
  • Drums and long lengths of chain
  • Large quantities of rope
  • Anchors
  • Aerials
  • Inflatable boats

For these items:

  • You must use our Request a Quote option before purchase
  • We will provide a shipping quote in a timely manner
  • Shipping costs will vary depending on size, weight, and delivery location

Orders will not proceed until shipping costs are confirmed and accepted.

4. Special Order & Quote Items

Items supplied via Request a Quote or special order:

  • May incur additional shipping charges
  • Will have all freight costs confirmed prior to order completion
  • Will not be dispatched until shipping is approved

5. Click & Collect

We offer Click & Collect from our store:

You will be notified when your order is ready for collection.

6. Carriers & Tracking

  • Orders are shipped using Australia Post and other courier services
  • Tracking details will be provided once your order is dispatched

7. Authority to Leave (ATL)

  • Orders under $1000 may be shipped with Authority to Leave (ATL)
  • This allows the courier to leave the parcel in a safe place at your delivery address

By selecting ATL, you accept responsibility for the parcel once delivered.

8. Incorrect Address & Returned Parcels

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information
  • Parcels returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will incur additional redelivery charges
