Ronstan Series 40 Orbit Block™ cheek/foot block with 2-stage orbital ball bearing system. Ultra lightweight at just 32g with the highest working load in its class. Low profile, compact and high performance. Requires 3 x 4mm (5/32”) countersunk head fasteners.

Ultra Lightweight
Kilogram for kilogram of working load, Ronstan Orbit Blocks™ are the world’s lightest. The unique orbital design places bearings only in the active areas of the floating sheave, minimising mass. Results in a 30% weight saving advantage over the nearest competitor.

Highest Working Load in Class
The orbital ball-bearing arrangement maximises bearing race diameter for peak load performance. The proven 2-stage bearing system features high compression grade acetal ball bearings and a secondary full-contact bearing, giving minimum friction across the full working load range. The floating sheave and bearing system is supported by a computer-modelled, stress-optimised fibre-reinforced load frame.
