The Maxel Armory 15 Level Wind Reel is a compact, high-performance overhead jigging reel featuring Maxel’s innovative LEVEL PLUS+ synchronous level wind system and SOUND PLUS+ drag system.

Designed specifically for jigging, the Armory 15 combines a lever drag system with a synchronous level wind, allowing the line guide to work in precise alignment with the internal gearing while distributing line evenly across the spool. This helps create smooth, consistent line management throughout the retrieve.

Maxel’s SOUND PLUS+ drag system produces an audible drag sound as line is pulled from the reel, similar to the sound of a spinning reel under drag. During retrieval the system remains silent, giving anglers clear feedback when a fish is taking line.

The compact, ergonomic round-profile body is designed to sit comfortably in the hand, making the Maxel Armory 15 particularly well suited to extended jigging sessions. With a fast 6.2:1 gear ratio, 83cm retrieve per crank and a smooth lever drag producing up to 7kg of drag pressure, it offers an excellent combination of jig control, speed and fighting performance.

With capacity for 400m of PE1 or 250m of PE2, the Armory 15 is an excellent option for light to medium offshore jigging where sensitivity, precise depth control and comfortable handling are essential.
