The Daiwa 25 SALTIGA 8000-P is a powerful saltwater spinning reel designed for light jigging, jigging, kingfish and reef species. Daiwa’s POWERDRIVE DESIGN combines the POWERDRIVE ENGINE and POWERDRIVE ROTOR for strength, smoothness and controlled winding under load. A full-metal MONOCOQUE BODY houses the oversized G1 duralumin POWER DIGIGEAR, while ROLLER POWER OSCILLATION supports efficient, smooth operation. MAGSEALED technology and MAGSEALED bearings on both sides of the drive gear help protect the reel from salt, water and impurities. Finished with an LC-ABS SW spool, CRANK POWER BAIL, TOUGH LINE ROLLER SYSTEM and ATD TOUGH DRAG, the 8000-P is built for reliable performance in demanding saltwater conditions.
