The Rule (formerly LVM) IL280-P Amazon is a centrifugal dual-purpose pump that operates fully submersible or in-line, with a wide range of boating, caravan, industrial, and agricultural applications.

Important: These pumps are not self-priming. They must be gravity fed, used with a one-way valve in-line, or fully submerged with the strainer fitted. Not suitable for petrol.


Boating Applications:
- In-line freshwater pump (snap-off strainer for hose connection)
- Emergency bilge pump — long leads and slimline design
- Salt water deck wash or shower pump — simply lower overboard
- Rapid diesel refuelling and transfer pump (not petrol)

General Applications:
- Portable pump with long electrical leads
- Chemical transfer (many types)
- Diesel fuel transfer — slimline design fits into a 20L drum
- Caravan/camping freshwater delivery from tank or stream
