Swivel cleat bases allow for easy cleating and releasing from any angle. The sheave can be relocated to enable control lines to be fed from below. Designed with 316 stainless steel ball bearings and a UV-stabilised Acetal sheave for durability. Suitable for sheet leads and halyards on dinghies and catamarans.
