Ordering

You can also visit us in store.

Once we recieve your order or quote request we will get in contact via SMS (or email) to confirm our expected delivery times for any unstocked items.

Once you’re order is ready we will get in contact again to let you know it’s ready for pickup from our store

You will need to bring proof of purchase (email or SMS is fine) and some ID to collect.

Your order will be held for 14 days after which it will be returned as per our returns policy.

You can use our quote service if you’d to check,

  • Shipping – heavy, bulky, dangerous or outside our standard shipping areas.
  • Large orders – you have a lot of items and want to see if we can do a better price.
  • Additional items – you need related items but you’re not sure – give us a description and we can make recommendations

Submit a quote request through and we’ll come back with pricing to suit your needs.

  • In Stock Items will be dispatched in 3-5 working days
  • Warehouse items will be dispatched in 5-12 working days
  • Order in items : We will contact you regarding ETA
  • Tracking details will be sent via email on dispatch
  • We will contact you in the event of unexpected delays or charges
  • Orders may take longer due to varibles outside our control
  • Orders may take longer during holiday periods (e.g. Christmas and Easter periods)

Standard Shipping

  • Flat rate $10 to Greater Brisbane Area
  • Flat rate $18 to Metro areas Sydney , Adelaide, Melbourne and Canberra
  • Free shipping for all orders $500 or over
  • Packages under 10kg weight and 40l volume
  • Non Dangerous Goods
  • Delivery to metro areas Adelaide, Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney
  • Heavy or bulky goods – e.g. anchors, chain, etc.
  • Dangerous goods – e.g. paints, solvents, etc.
  • Areas outside Adelaide, Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney metro areas.
  • Shipments are sent through a variety of courier services.
  • Tracking details will be sent on dispatch.
  • Shipments returned due to provided addressing will incur additional charges.
  • One delivery attempt will be made.
  • Packages under $1000 will be sent ATL (Authorized To Leave – in a safe place on your property).

No worries at all, this is just our standard shipping policy. If you need help with,

  • Remote or International shipments
  • Shipment has to be signed (Registered Post)
  • Express delivery
  • Bulk/Heavy shipments

Returns

If you’ve recieved your order and its,

  • Damaged in transit
  • Incorrect item supplied

You need to contact us at returns@boatharbourmarine.com.au within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item for a Return Authorisation.

If you’re product is defective it may be covered by the manufacturer’s warrranty. You can contact us at warranty@boatharbourmarine.com.au to confirm the coverage of a particular product.

Our warranties cover direct manufacturer faults or failures as extended by the supplier and manufacuturer. Warranties are at the sole descretion of the supplier and not guaranteed. All frieght will be at the purchaser’s expense.

You will need to contact us at warranty@boatharbourmarine.com.au inside the warranty period for a Return Authorisation and return the product to the store with proof of purchase.

We will liase will complete claims as promptly as possible and with the least costs possible for our customer.

If you wish to return a product purchased from us, you must,

  • Contact us with 21 days of purchase at returns@boatharbourmarine.com.au for a Return Authority
  • Goods must be returned to the store,
    • In original packaging
    • Unused
    • With all inclusions
  • All freight at the purchaser’s expense

Restocking fee of up to 20% may apply on unstocked items.

We can’t accept “change of mind” returns on a number of items,

  • Cut lengths – e.g. chain, rope, hose, etc.
  • Publications – e.g. books, charts, etc.
  • Registered Products – e.g. DSC VHF, PLBs, etc
  • Batteries (and sealed battery products) – e.g. EPIRBs, etc.
  • Dated Products – e.g. flares, first aid kits, etc
  • Unsanitary items – e.g. clothes, toilets, etc
  • Hose clamps
  • Globes
  • Aerosols
  • Paints
  • Custom or Buy-In Items
  • Sale and Clearance Items

Click ‘Lost Your Password?’ on the login page to reset it.

Log into your account and go to the ‘Orders’ section.
